This kit is a modern two-story structure.

In accordance with building codes, this frame structure kit is an excellent tutorial on building a housing structure.  Students will learn framing and floor plan basics.  The 1:16 scale (3/4" equals 1') balsa wood is cut to same proportions as full size lumber.  The kit includes:  balsa wood materials, scale working drawings, instructions, miter jig, cutting tools, tape measure, nails, and work / display base.
